Refund and Returns Policy

Custom Crafted Calgary products are laser engraved and may be hand crafted. They are each unique and are in no way “perfect”.

Please be aware when ordering wood / slate / leather products, these are natural products, each with their own characteristics. We select the pieces best pieces for your design, and not all pieces have the same finish.

Defective or Damaged items:
All items are inspected for quality before pickup or delivery. If for any reason there is a defect once you receive the item, please let us know within 5 days so we can assess the defect and potentially remake the item.

We DO NOT offer refunds for spelling errors as provided by the client. Please carefully review all spelling prior to sending your request for engraving.

Supplying your own product for engraving:
When supplying your own product, Custom Crafted Calgary does not assume any risk with the engraving process. If the engraving does not turn out as expected, we are unable to replace the material. Since this material is a one-off job, sometimes there may be inconsistencies such as misalignment, incomplete burning, etc. For large orders where you will be supplying your own product, we recommend providing extra pieces in the case the engraving does not turn out as expected during production.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to the engraving work starting. Most orders are started within hours after payment, and therefore it cancelations / changes of an order must be done so immediately after the order has been placed.

Custom Crafted Calgary proudly stands behind the quality of our work. Any issues with orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Due to the custom nature of the majority of our work, Custom Crafted Calgary is unable to offer refunds on any product. If an item is faulty or damaged due to a MANUFACTURING ISSUE, a replacement will be offered or a discount code will be provided for a future order. Custom Crafted Calgary is not responsible for damages that may result due to shipping.

What is your return/refund policy?
Custom Crafted Calgary does not offer returns or refunds on any item for any reason other than a manufacturing defect. We do want you to be happy with your purchase though so if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
